ENGLISH: We (Free Imprisoned Anarchists) publish the statement below at the request of the comrades who carried out this action:
For more than a decade, our Italian comrade, Alfredo Cospito, has been holding his own in an Italian prison. Since the new fascist government came to power, its prison regime has been deliberately toughened and tightened. He lives in solitary confinement as if he were one of the worst mob bosses.
For the past three months, Alfredo Cospito has been protesting his treatment by means of a hunger strike. His physical condition is now deteriorating visibly without the fascist government lifting a finger to alleviate his situation. They claim that he is part of an anarchist terror cell, which he still leads from prison(!).
We stand with Alfredo Cospito and demand immediate improvement in his situation. For now we have renamed a number of Amsterdam streets with an Italian signature. We also covered a few special buildings with this first promotion.
Declare your solidarity with Alfredo! Declare your solidarity with his ideas! Raise your fist against the fascist Italian regime!

ITALIAN: Noi (Liberi Anarchici Incarcerati) pubblichiamo la seguente dichiarazione su richiesta dei compagni che hanno compiuto questa azione:
Per più di un decennio, il nostro compagno italiano, Alfredo Cospito, ha resistito in una prigione italiana. Da quando è salito al potere il nuovo governo fascista, il suo regime carcerario è stato deliberatamente inasprito e inasprito. Vive in isolamento come se fosse uno dei peggiori boss della mafia.
Negli ultimi tre mesi, Alfredo Cospito ha protestato contro il suo trattamento per mezzo di uno sciopero della fame. Le sue condizioni fisiche stanno ora peggiorando visibilmente senza che il governo fascista muova un dito per alleviare la sua situazione. Affermano che fa parte di una cellula terroristica anarchica, che guida ancora dalla prigione (!).
Siamo dalla parte di Alfredo Cospito e chiediamo un immediato miglioramento della sua situazione. Per ora abbiamo rinominato alcune strade di Amsterdam con una firma italiana. Abbiamo anche coperto alcuni edifici speciali con questa prima promozione.

DUTCH: De verklaring hieronder publiceren wij (Free Imprisoned Anarchists) op verzoek van de kameraden die deze actie hebben uitgevoerd:
Al meer dan een decennium houdt onze Italiaanse kameraad, Alfredo Cospito, zich staande in een Italiaanse gevangenis. Sinds de nieuwe fascistische regering aan de macht is, is zijn gevangenisregime doelbewust verzwaard en aangescherpt. Hij verblijft in eenzame opsluiting als ware hij één van de ergste maffiabazen.
Sinds drie maanden protesteert Alfredo Cospito door middel van een hongestaking tegen zijn behandeling. Zijn fysieke toestand gaat inmiddels zienderogen achteruit zonder de fascistische regering ook maar een vinger uitsteekt om zijn situatie te verlichten. Zij beweren dat hij deel uitmaakt van een anarchistische terreurcel, die hij nog altijd leidt vanuit de gevangenis(!).
Wij staan achter Alfredo Cospito en eisen directe verbetering in zijn situatie. Voor nu hebben we een aantal Amsterdamse straten met een Italiaanse signatuur hernoemd. Ook hebben we een paar speciale gebouwen beplakt met deze eerste actie.
